About Julia

Julia is a licensed massage therapist in the state of Connecticut, and is an active member in the American Massage Therapy Association. She graduated from The Connecticut Center For Massage Therapy in 2010 with 720 classroom hours. There she studied the following modalities - classic Western massage, cross-tissue massage, trigger-point massage, energy balancing, acupressure, on-site chair massage and sports & remedial massage.

Julia also volunteers at The Boston Marathon (pre and post event massage), The Hole In The Wall Gang, Giving Back Day, for Caregivers and Staff (Chair Massage) and The Norma F Pfriem Cancer Center, Celebrate Life Event at The Beardsley Zoo (Chair Massage).

Julia believes that both administering and receiving frequent and regular massage therapy creates the opportunity, capacity and fulfillment to achieve a more balanced life in body, mind and spirit.

She resides in Oxford with her husband and children.
